Those who have already been to Portugal cannot ignore it. You see the same metal chairs and tables popping up everywhere. Both in the chicest restaurant and in the most ordinary bistro. From the north of Portugal to the southern Algarve. The same familiar image keeps coming back. And this since several generations!

On the back of such a chair you can almost always see the Adico nameplate. This Portuguese manufacturer has been active in Avanca, near Porto, since 1920. In the beginning as an innovative manufacturer of metal furniture for hospitals. The collection was soon successfully expanded to include patio furniture.
