What if I don't like the product I ordered through the webshop when it arrives?

We are sure that you will like the ordered products, but if not, you can return them to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the return costs as set out below) after the product is delivered to us returned. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product (s) and we will assist you with your return shipment.

Please note: you must repackage your product so that our delivery partners can collect it. The products must be intact and in perfect condition.

What do we ask to collect items?

If you have to return an item because it is defective or because of something that we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs. However, if you change your mind and want to cancel the order after delivery, you must pay the return costs. You pay return costs based on the total value of the products that you return according to the table below.
