To which countries are you shipping?

Orgns is only selling and shipping products in Belgium. Please contact us if you would like to buy products in another country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping in Belgium is free of charge. The products will be delivered to you on the ground floor in the original packaging.

When will delivery be made?

The products are always on order. There is no stock. The delivery time is on average 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order. You will be notified as soon as the goods are ready for shipment at the factory. However, keep in mind that the factory is closed for 2 weeks in August, extending the delivery time by 2 weeks. As soon as the goods are in Belgium, the carrier will contact you to agree on the date and time slot of the delivery.

What if products are damaged upon receipt?

Before the goods leave the factory, the goods are checked for manufacturing errors. If you still notice a problem with the delivery of a product, immediately send an email to hello@orgnls.be with a correct description of the damage and with some clear pictures of the damaged product. Our team will assess your complaint and let you know how it can be handled.

If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please state this on the delivery note and also take photos of it.

If no claim is made within 24 hours of receipt, Orgnls cannot be held responsible for any damage.

What if the products delivered are incomplete or incorrect?

If, upon receipt of the delivered goods or after unpacking, you notice that the delivered items are incomplete or do not match your order, send an email immediately to hello@orgnls.be with a correct description of the deviation from the order. Our team will assess your complaint and let you know how it can be handled.

If no substantiated report is submitted within 24 hours of receipt, Orgnls cannot be held responsible for missing goods.
